About Cardinal Analytics

Cardinal Analytics exists to meet the demand for practical, budget conscious analytics support at the front end of wage and hour and PAGA cases.

After earning my degree in Economics, I began my career building predictive pricing models in the purchasing department of a Fortune 500 company. I later moved into the tech industry, where across both startups and larger organizations I built analytics and machine learning pipelines, ultimately as a Lead Data Scientist. Finally, Cardinal Analytics grew out of repeated conversations with California labor and employment lawyers who needed early answers from payroll and timekeeping data, without the overhead of the traditional expert process.

Over 10+ years working with large, messy, high-stakes datasets has shaped how I approach every project - I focus on efficiency, clear assumptions, and results that are easy to explain and trust. I aim to be the most dependable analytics partner for employment lawyers across California, and the first place you turn when you need accurate numbers delivered on time.
