Exposure Analysis / Damages Model

We provide damages models that detail exposure for various claims, including interest and statutory and PAGA penalties. Our models are tailored to each case, based on data provided as well as all established assumptions. These comprehensive damages models can be used by both plaintiffs and defendants for mediation or to otherwise assess wage and hour liability.

Ad Hoc Analysis

We provide ad hoc analyses that can be used to address discrete issues in an efficient manner, focusing solely on, for example, regular rate or meal breaks. These ad hoc analyses can support federal court removal discussions, potential PAGA cures, or periodic audits of company practices.
